Notes:
1. A returning active duty member is a person domiciled in Colorado one year immediately preceding entering active duty who does not maintain Colorado domicile continuously while on active duty and who returns permanently to Colorado within 6 months of discharge.
2. Honorably-discharged member of the Armed Forces who has two legal ties to Colorado before the first day of classes. Discharge must be documented by DD214.
3. Employee moved to Colorado due to employer moving operations to Colorado as result of receiving an incentive from the Colorado Office of Economic Development. Employee must have been employed by the employer prior to the relocation.
