Spring 2013 : Important Dates

Anschutz Medical Campus

​January 2 (Wednesday)

  • Financial aid applied to accounts of students in the School of Medicine, School of Dental Medicine, Physical Therapy, MPAS, 4th year Pharm D, and the Colorado School of Public health (UNC only).
  • Begin generating refunds to students with a credit balance.

January 4 (Friday)

  • Financial aid applied to accounts of students in the Colorado School of Public Health (CSU only) and School of Pharmacy (years 1, 2, and 3).

January 7 (Monday)

  • Post E-Bills online for students who register by January 7 (due February 8).

January 14 (Monday)

  • Financial aid applied to accounts of students in the Colorado School of Public Health (CU Anschutz only), College of Nursing and the Graduate School.

​February 8 (Friday)

  • Payment due date for spring tuition and fees.
  • Deadline to sign up for the Deferred Payment Plan.
  • 1.75% Service Charge applied to accounts with past due balances (for students enrolled in the deferred payment plan, service charges will be assessed based on their respective installment due dates).

February 11 (Monday)

  • Post E-Bills online for students who register after January 7 and for students who have new or unpaid charges (due February 28).

February 28 (Thursday)

  • Second tuition and fee due date:
    • unpaid balances and new charges
    • second payment of the tuition bill under the deferred payment plan.
  • 1.75% Service Charge applied to accounts with past due balances (for students enrolled in the deferred payment plan, service charges will be assessed based on their respective installment due dates).

​March 4 (Monday)

  • Post E-Bills online for students who have any new or unpaid charges (due March 29).

March 29 (Friday)

  • Third tuition and fee due date:
    • unpaid balances and new charges
    • third payment of the tuition bill under the deferred payment plan
  • 1.75% Service Charge applied to accounts with past due balances (for students enrolled in the deferred payment plan, service charges will be assessed based on their respective installment due dates).

​April 1 (Monday)

  • Post E-Bills online for students who have any new or unpaid charges (due April 30).

April 30 (Tuesday)

  • April payment due date:
    • unpaid balances and new charges
  • 1.75% Service Charge applied to accounts with past due balances.

​May 18 (Satruday)

  • Last day to authorize COF voucher via UCDAccess.
