The University of Colorado Denver │ Anschutz Medical Campus has implemented an official E-Bill (electronic billing) program. Billing statements will be sent electronically to all students who consent to do business electronically with CU Denver.
To assist us in this paper and cost saving effort and to comply with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act, all new and continuing CU Denver │ Anschutz Medical Campus students will be requested to consent to conduct business with the university electronically when they log in to UCDAccess. This consent is necessary to complete transactions in the portal such as receiving 1098-T tax forms, authorizing Title IV financial aid, and ordering transcripts.

Student Debt Management is responsible for delinquent tuition accounts older than two semesters, forms processing, disbursement and collection of the following student loans:
- Federal Perkins Loans
- Health Profession Loans
- Institutional Loans
Student Debt Management is not responsible for Stafford Loans. Please contact the Office of Financial Aid to learn more about their student loan options.
