The University of Colorado Denver does not mail paper billing statements to students. All registered students will access their student account bill online through the UCDAccess portal. Students will receive a notification to their official University email account each time a new e-bill is available. This email notification will include a link to the UCDAccess portal and step-by-step instructions for accessing the student's e-bill.

Can other people view a student's e-bill and make a payment?
Yes. Students will be able to set-up other individuals (such as a parent, guardian, employer, or other third party) as an "Authorized Payer" to view their e-bill and make payments online. Any Authorized Payer established by the student will receive an email notification each time a new e-bill is available. If a parent or guardian typically pays a student's tuition and fee bill, CU Denver encourages the student to establish that person as an Authorized Payer.
What if I am owed a refund by CU Denver?
Direct Deposit is the standard method of issuing student account refunds to CU Denver students. Students are strongly encouraged to sign up for direct deposit well in advance of any anticipated refunds, and may do so online via the UCDAccess Portal.
