Financial Aid

To apply for financial aid:

File your 2011 Federal Tax Return first, allow the IRS about 3 weeks to process your forms and then, complete your FAFSA using the IRS Data Retrieval tool. This tool is simple, easy and quick to use.

Complete the 2012-13 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

• You must have a Federal Student Aid PIN.
• In addition, one parent of a dependent student (as determined by the FAFSA) must have a Federal Student Aid PIN to sign the FAFSA electronically.
• Your PIN will be good for the number of years that you are applying for financial aid from your undergraduate to your graduate degrees.
• Store your PIN in a secure location and do not share it with anyone.

TIP: Allow up to an hour to gather your information and complete the FAFSA.

Receiving Financial Aid

You are responsible for complying with the financial aid policies under Receiving Your Financial Aid.

The 2013-14 FAFSA is available from January 2013 and will be used to award financial aid for the Fall 2013, Spring 2014 and Summer 2014 semesters.
