August 8 (Monday)

• Financial aid refund process begins for students whose aid has posted to their student account.

August 15 (Monday)

• E-Bills available online for students who are registered for Fall courses (due September 9).

September

September 9 (Friday)

• Tuition & fee bill due date
• Deadline to request the deferred payment plan.

September 12 (Monday)

• E-Bills available online for students who have recently registered for Fall courses and for students who have new or unpaid charges (due September 30).

September 30 (Friday)

• Second tuition and fee due date:
  • Unpaid balances and new charges
  • Second payment of the tuition bill under the deferred payment plan

• 1.75% Service Charge applied to accounts with past due balances.

October

October 3 (Monday)

• E-Bills available online for students who have any new or unpaid charges (due October 31).

October 31 (Monday) 

• Final tuition and fee due date:
  • Unpaid balances and new charges
  • Final payment of the tuition bill under the deferred payment plan

• 1.75% Service Charge applied to accounts with past due balances.

December

December 1 (Thursday)

• Last day to authorize COF voucher via the UCD Access portal.  Students can still authorize through finals at the Registrar’s Office
