Training for the new system will coincide directly with go-live functionality. That means individuals whose jobs are directly tied to admissions, recruiting, and course/class will be part of the first groups to be trained. This rolling training calendar, which coincides with the project’s rolling go-live timeline, ensures you’re getting relevant and timely training when you need it.
Here’s some information on the classes we’ll be holding later this summer:
- Introduction to ISIS:
This on-line course serves as an introduction to the basic functionality and concepts, such as login, navigation, menu items and shortcuts, shared by all ISIS Campus Solutions modules. This is required for all users of the new ISIS.
- FERPA:
FERPA training is available through the myCU Portal and SkillPort. To access this training, log in to myCU, select the MY.TRAINING tab, and click the link that starts "Click here for SkillPort - ." From there you can search for the FERPA course. This is also required for all users of the new ISIS.
- Admissions training for Admissions office staff:

- Student Records catalog/class training for Registrar’s office staff:
