Graduation Day Information
Fall Commencement, December 15, 2012
- Colorado Convention Center (map)
- 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
- Caps and gowns will be available for pick up Friday, December 14th between 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. at the Colorado Convention Center in Lobby A.
- Graduates will check in for the ceremony at 7:45 a.m., December 15 in Upper Hall B. The ceremony begins at 9 a.m.
- There are no tickets for this event and no limit to the number of guests graduates may invite. This is a first-come, first-served seating event. ADA needs will be accommodated.

Costs of Commencement
(includes regalia rental, taxes and fees)
- Bachelor's $40
- Master's $50
- Doctoral $60
All registrations after November 16 will incur a $25.00 late fee.
Gowns and hoods (if applicable) must be returned after the ceremony. Graduates may keep caps and tassels.
Registration
Online registration for the fall 2012 ceremony is now closed. Graduates who still wish to participate in the ceremony should contact Diane Phillips with Willsie Cap & Gown directly at dphillip@q.com to reserve regalia. Payment (including the late fee) must be made directly to Willsie and all on-site payments must be cash.
Faculty should contact the commencement coordinator at 303-315-5815 to RSVP for the ceremony and request regalia if needed.
Post-Commencement Receptions
Schools and colleges host individual receptions immediately following commencement for graduates, guests and faculty. Please contact your school or college directly for additional information regarding receptions.

Parking Details
Free parking will be provided on the Auraria Campus in the Dogwood, Holly, Maple, Nutmeg, and Redwood lots and in the Tivoli Parking Garage. Click for a PDF map of parking lot locations. Paid parking is available at the Colorado Convention Center ($12) and at surrounding lots. Avoid traffic by taking Light Rail to and from the convention center.
Live Video Web Stream
The commencement ceremony will be broadcast on USTREAM live on Saturday, December 15 for family and friends who are unable to attend the ceremony in person.

Professional Photographs
As a service to our graduates, professional photographers will be taking pictures of each graduate while accepting their diploma. Proofs of these photographs will be e-mailed to each graduate within 5 business days of the ceremony.
