REGISTRATION
Faculty are asked to register for the commencement ceremony even if regalia is not needed. Registering ensures that enough seating is provided on stage and allows us to contact you with pertinent information about the ceremony.
Registration for faculty for the Spring 2019 CU Denver Commencement Ceremony is now closed. If you would like to participate in the ceremony, please email commencement@ucdenver.edu.
CAP & GOWN PICK-UP FOR FACULTY
Requested regalia will be available for pick-up beginning at 7:30 a.m. at the pre-commencement breakfast in Student Commons 2500. Regalia will be on the first floor between classrooms 1500 & 1600. Rented regalia will be returned to the same location following the ceremony. Personal items will be monitored by security during the ceremony.
PRE-COMMENCEMENT BREAKFAST
A delicious breakfast buffet is served to faculty and platform party members prior to the ceremony from 7:30 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. in Student Commons 2500. Please indicate if you would like to enjoy the breakfast when you register for the ceremony.
PURCHASE REGALIA
Faculty interested in purchasing their own regalia can do so by visiting academicregalia.herffjones.com. Questions? Contact Alex Frieler with Herff Jones at 970-397-1819 or frieleraj@uniquerecognition.com. It takes approximately 8-9 weeks for personal regalia to be made, so order early to avoid rush charges.
