Judicial Council oversees all activities of the CU Denver SGA and ensures that the implementation of our policies and legislation coincide with the interests of CU Denver students, CU Denver policies and procedures, and local, state, and federal laws. Judicial Council is also responsible for deciding all matters involving interpretation of the CU Denver SGA Constitution and for the oversight and certification of the student election.
