Officer Responsibilities

President
- Presides at all meetings of the organization
- Appoints committees and committee chairs
- Serves as official representative and spokesperson for the organization
- Serves as information link between the organization, the advisor, and the Office of Student Life
Vice-President
- Serves in the absence of the President
- Assists the President
Secretary
- Maintains minutes of official meetings
- Keeps organizational records
- Handles correspondence
Treasurer
- Collects and deposits dues from the members
- Maintains records of receipts and expenditures
- Pays approved bills
- Communicates to the advisor all financial transactions and the financial status of the organization
- Organizes fundraisers
- Serves as the official representative between the Office of Student Life and the organization with regards to all financial matters
- All financial transactions must be made through the Office of Student Life.
