Only Affiliated Organizations can request funding from the Student Government Association. Funding is not guaranteed! In order to request funds, please follow these three easy steps in the proper sequence:
Step ONE
Complete the two Renewal Forms in the organization’s OrgSync Portal.
1). A student completes and submits the “Renewal of Officer” form.
2). The advisor completes and submits the “Renewal of Advisor” form.
STEP TWO
Attend a training.
STEP THREE
Submit the request through OrgSync.
Helpful tips:
- All officers must be current UCD students. Make sure you have all their email addresses.
- The advisor must submit their renewal form. Students cannot submit this form.
- Make sure you meet with your advisor so they have all of the correct names of officers. The two forms must match.
- Start the process early, don’t wait till the last minute!
