Remember to bring your proof of identification, and sign the document(s) in the Notary's presence.
Student Services Suite
Lia and Cheryl are notaries. They can be found in the Student Services Suite located on the 3rd floor of Ed II North.
If you have a lengthy document (such as a will) that requires witness signatures, call the office, 303-724-7686 (or email Lia or Cheryl ) to schedule an appointment, and be sure to bring your own witnesses.
If you are requesting that a copy of a document be notarized as a true copy of the original, be sure to bring the original document with you so the notary can compare the copy with the original.
Proof of Identification
A photo ID with your signature is required. Driver's Licenses or Passports are the most common forms of ID presented to the notary. Your University of Colorado Denver ID is not acceptable identification for notary public services.
