Welcome Parents and Families!
At the University of Colorado Denver (CU Denver), we value the relationships we have with our students' parents and family members. Before the new semester begins, we want to make sure that you are prepared to support your student during their academic journey at CU Denver. Therefore, we would like to invite you to attend Parent Orientation, which features sessions specifically designed for you.
Parent Orientation runs concurrently with Freshman Orientation. Freshman orientation dates will be announced through this website on March 15. Your student will be able to identify the number of guests (i.e. parent) when they register for an orientation date by visiting their UCDAccess student portal (www.ucdenver.edu/ucdaccess). Students will be able to register for an orientation date starting April 1.
Due to limited space, we cannot accommodate more than two guests per student.
The program format of New Student Orientation will have students and parents participating in separate sessions.
