Committing time for physical exercise is just as important as planning study sessions. Check out these fitness resources in the Denver area.
Gyms & Rec Centers
Take advantage of the
Auraria Rec Center – FREE to you as a student! You may need to plan your workout time strategically to get a spot, but this fully-stocked gym has a lot to offer. Peak hours are 9 to 11 a.m. and after 5 p.m. If you can get there early or in the afternoon, you’ll have more elbow room on that elliptical!
Personal trainers are also available for a steal – just $17/session, or $13 if you share the trainer with a friend.
If you’d rather work out closer to home, check out our
Play! Map to find a community rec center (

Yoga & Movement
FREE to you as a student, you’ll find a selection of yoga and other movement classes offered through the Health Center and Campus Rec’s
Healthy Moves program. Classes are held at different times throughout the week in the Tivoli Student Union and the Rec Center and are designed for drops-ins, so you can show up whenever it works for you.
You can also find a variety of yoga studios around town. Start with the selection on our
Play! Map (
