The Annual Research and Creative Activities Symposium provides a forum for students to present their faculty-mentored research or creative project to the university community. This event showcases the work of our most motivated students, working on many exciting research and creative projects across disciplines. Students not yet engaged in research are encouraged to attend to learn more about getting involved. We hope you and your students will participate in this year's event.
All accepted student abstracts will be published in the Symposium Proceedings. Faculty mentors will be listed along with their students' abstracts in the Proceedings. Please review your student’s abstract prior to submission.
The deadline to submit abstracts is Friday, March 28, 2014.
Faculty mentors are strongly encouraged to attend the Symposium and to assist their students with presentation practice or poster design, particularly students who have not yet presented their work for a general audience. The poster session and exhibits are intended to stimulate discussion among presenters, faculty mentors, and the general audience.
