Community leaders can download the Mentorship Agreement then email the completed document to bootstosuits@ucdenver.edu. You will then be contacted when a match has been made with an eligible Student Veteran.

- Interview

- Hiring information
- Ins and outs of what Company/Industry looks for in a potential job candidate
- Complete Boots to Suits Review Form (Hiring Manager and Student)
Meeting 3 - Student and Executive Mentor
- Discuss lessons from HR Experience
Meeting 4 - Student and specific field that correlates with major
- Examples - Business Finance Major would meet with Finance Department, CIS Major would meet with IT
- Discuss practical knowledge/experience needed for position
- Hands on experience within field
- Complete Boots to Suits Program Review Form (Department Manager and Student)
Meeting 5 - Student and Executive Mentor
- Discuss lessons from Departmental Experience
Meeting 6 - Student and Hiring Manager
- Review final resume and mock interview
Meeting 7 - Student and Executive Mentor
- Exit interview
- Review revised resume
- Complete Final Boots to Suits Program Review Form
