The Experiential Learning Advisory Council is a group of faculty, students, staff, employers and community partners who have training in some form of experiential education, and knowledge of experiential learning (EL) methods, practice, and application. The advisory committee provides ongoing guidance for program initiatives, feedback for existing programs, and insight for enhancing academic and community connections.
The EL Advisory Council consists of three working subcommittees:
- Internship Advisory Committee
- Service-Learning Advisory Committee
- Undergraduate Research Advisory Committee
The Advisory Council meets twice a year. The subcommittees meet as needed throughout the year to work on specific issues and projects pertaining to their EL area.
