Piper is continuing her nursing education and plans to graduate December 2012. Her future plans are to be a Nurse Educator in Colorado. Piper feels honored to have been awarded the Health Professions Scholarship. She is enjoying all of her classes and still excited to learn more! Her future plans after graduation include getting married and then working on how to find a way to address the problems that student nurses face, as well as teach. Before college Piper was trying to decide whether to teach or become a nurse. She decided to become a nurse, but when she has received the scholarship she was able to do both. She is excited to see where her path is going to lead her in the future.
