Hanna was awarded the Health Profession Scholarship in 2008. She graduated from University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus School of Pharmacy graduated in May 2010 University She is currently working in Pueblo at the Safeway Pharmacy. Growing up in rural Ethiopia helped motivated her desire to work in a rural area. Hanna continues to seek employment in more rural areas of Colorado. She continues to volunteer with Regional AHEC Center events and projects.
