Program evaluation provides academic research and data-based assessments for CU UNITE’s program development, design and evaluation. Our partners are required to collaborate with the evaluation division to submit information in a timely manner. Evaluation instruments are selected according to project objectives, research design and expected outcomes. AHEC evaluators collect, analyze and file data to ensure accuracy of information, maintenance of rigorous evidentiary procedures and compliance with IRB regulations.
All CU-UNITE students are required to participate in the survey/evaluation process throughout their duration in the track and after their graduation from UCAMC as a requirement to being accepted in to the track. The faculty and staff work diligently to minimize the burden of the evaluation process of the track participants. The evaluation process is integral to the track’s ability to demonstrate short-term and long-term outcomes to both the University and the program funders, including The Colorado Health Foundation.
