How do I apply?

Medical Program Applicants:

For students who are currently in the process of applying to the University of Colorado’s School of Medicine, the application for the CU-UNITE Urban Underserved Track is part of the School of Medicine Office of Admission’s Secondary Application process and must be completed as such. *If there are additional spots available when the cohort matriculates in the fall, an open call for applications will go out to all MS1 students via email.

Nurse Practitioner Program Applicants:
