On Wednesday, Dec. 1, a new custodial contractor, Aztec Facility Services, will begin providing services to our campuses. You will see a few new faces, but also will recognize many familiar ones since many of the employees of the former contractor will be staying on and working for the new contractor.
There may be a few changes in the hopes of making things run even more smoothly. UC Denver's Facilities Department is working to make the transition as seamless as possible with the goal of being business as usual. Anytime a transition as large as this takes place, things may come up. We are aware that there may be special needs which departments have previously arranged for that the new contractor may not be aware of.
