The School of Public Affairs will present a series of pre-election debates Oct. 11-15 on the races for U.S. Senate, the governor’s office, the University of Colorado Board of Regents and the measures appearing on the Nov. 2 election ballot.
The Denver Post and 9News are co-sponsoring the debates.
The Senate candidates’ debate will be at 7 p.m. Oct. 11 at the King Center Concert Hall on the Auraria Campus.
The ballot issue debates will be at 1 p.m. Oct. 13 at the Ed-2 South 600-seat lecture hall on the Anschutz Medical Campus. The debate will be recorded for broadcast later in the week.
The debate for gubernatorial candidates will be at 7 p.m. Oct. 13 at the Ed-2 South 600-seat lecture hall on the Anschutz Medical Campus. Both debates will be broadcast live on Channel 20 and coverage will appear in the Denver Post online and print editions.
The Board of Regents candidates’ debate will be at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 15 in the second-floor meeting room at 1380 Lawrence St. Students, faculty and staff are welcome to attend.
