This PDRD committee has created an award recognizing the mentor/mentee relationships that enrich and guide the postdoctoral experience. Mentors can be advocates, friends, role models, and teachers over the course of the postdoctoral experience. No matter what their role, they have a dramatic impact on the quality of the postdoctoral experience, for better or worse! This award is intended to recognize outstanding mentors who have positively impacted their postdoctoral mentees.
