The Scholarship of Teaching & Learning (SoTL) involves examining a teaching or learning practice in your field, then sharing what you have learned with others.
SoTL at the University of Colorado
At CU, the President's Teaching and Learning Collaborative was designed to honor and reward faculty who have excelled in teaching, scholarship, and research. The program also endorses teaching excellence throughout the university. The President's Teaching Scholars are a group of faculty from all three CU campuses chosen not only for skill in their own classrooms, but for their promise of improving education and enlarging its possibilities across the university.
