Academic and Research Policies: The Academic and Research page contains administrative policies that relate to the university's mission of teaching and research, including policies related to: sponsored research; intellectual property; program review and discontinuance; faculty; tenure and promotion; and commencement.
Faculty Assembly: The Faculty Assembly page contains the Constitution and Bylaws that govern the Faculty Assembly. The Constitution provides a system for participation of faculty in the governance of the university as specified in the Laws of the Regents and the Faculty Senate Constitution. The Constitution contains the rights, privileges, and responsibilities of faculty, including the preservation of academic freedom. The Bylaws are organized to correspond to and facilitate the Constitution of the Faculty.
Faculty Senate: The Faculty Senate page contains the Constitution and Bylaws of the Faculty Senate. The Constitution provides a system for participation of faculty in the governance of the university as specified in the Laws of the Regents, which enumerate the rights, privileges, and responsibilities of the faculty, including preservation of academic freedom. The Bylaws are organized to correspond to the Faculty Senate Constitution.
