​​The Faculty Assembly is the elected body that represents the faculty of the University of Colorado Denver (UCD). The Faculty Assembly advises and recommends action to the UCD Denver Chancellor and the CU Faculty Council concerning matters related to academic policy and ethics.​​​​​
