The National Weather Service forecast indicates snow will develop in the northern Colorado mountains late this afternoon and continue tonight. Rain and snow showers will also develop over lower elevations this evening and then change to all snow in most locations after midnight. Snow accumulations across lower elevations will range from one to three inches.
Please monitor local forecasts for developing conditions in your area.

Spring storm intensifies across Denver l Aurora Metro area
 
The National Weather Service in Denver issued a winter storm warning in effect until 6 a.m., Tuesday, April 16. Snow is expected to decrease overnight with accumulations of six to 14 inches.
 
Crews will work to clear pathways on our campuses as we continue monitoring conditions.
 
Information regarding schedule modifications at our locations would be posted here as quickly as any such decisions are made.

The National Weather Service is forecasting stormy conditions including rain, snow and colder temperatures moving into the Denver Metro Area late Monday, April 8 continuting into Tuesday.
 
As of 11:20 a.m. Monday, April 8, the NWS indicated there is still some uncertainty regarding the exact track of the storm.

Snow and colder temperatures moved into the Metro Denver area late Saturday. The National Weather Service is forecasting snow will continue into Sunday evening with accumulations of three to seven inches possible, and flurries likely overnight into early Monday.
Both the CU Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora and the CU Denver Campus with Auraria are operating on normal weekend schedules.

While snow is falling in parts of the Denver Metro area the University of Colorado Denver l Anschutz Medical Campus locations are operating on normal schedules.
The National Weather Service reports the area could see more snow throughout the day with wind gusts of up to 30 mph this afternoon and early evening. Temperatures will drop significantly overnight. We'll see temperatures in the single digits early Saturday morning.
