Classroom absence policies are being reviewed at the school/college and department levels (see UC Denver FLU Policy FAQs). Students should consult with their instructor.
Take precautions: Wash hands, cover your cough in your sleeve, and stay home if you are sick (CDC recommendations). Hand sanitizers are being distributed to classroom and office buildings on both campuses.
Find “flu buddies” among classmates. Each school and college has been asked to consider what accommodations to make for those who become ill during this pandemic. Your instructor will notify you of any adjustments.
If you are a health care student/worker, see specific guidance at For Clinicians.
