For advice on the program, please contact your case manager at CU Innovations.

CU Innovations is pleased to announce the 2017-2018 AIA CU pre-allocation grant application round is now open. All applicants must submit their applications online using this website. Click on the link to download a copy of the application template and the evaluation criteria. Please follow all directions carefully.

Note: The grant limit is $180,000 ($135,000 state + $45,000 matching funds), and CU Innovations will provide the matching funds. (Although the program allows for a total budget of $150,000 + $50,000 match, the state of Colorado expects investigators to apply for follow-up funding for a market assessment study after the proof of concept study is complete, so investigators must reserve $20,000 of the budget for the market assessment phase).
