BLS for Health Care Providers
The Office of Alumni Relations and the Physical Therapy Alumni Association offer Basic Life Support certification (CPR) for CU alumni, faculty, staff, students, and unaffiliated community members.
BLS for Healthcare Providers is a traditional classroom course where Basic Life Support is taught and demonstrated. Participants learn to recognize life-threatening emergencies, provide CPR, and use an AED. Participants will receive the BLS for Healthcare Providers Manual. This course provides a two-year certification through the American Heart Association.
