Pre-health studies​

Pre-health students can pursue a variety of undergraduate programs at CU Denver while completing specific health program prerequisite coursework. For additional assistance, students are connected with professional pre-health advisors to help them achieve their educational objectives.

Admission to CU Denver does not assure future admission to CU Anschutz Medical Campus programs. CU Anschutz​ is located in Aurora.​ ​

BA/BS-MD Program​

A small group of students interested in making health care their career are admitted to the BA/BS-MD program at CU Denver. This program provides an opportunity for outstanding students from broadly diverse backgrounds who want to serve the health care needs of Colorado as primary care physicians.

Once accepted to the program, students can earn a seat at the University of Colorado School of Medicine provided they meet specific academic, non-academic and professional requirements annually.

The School of Medicine is located at the CU Anschutz Medical Campus​ in Aurora.​

If you're interested in applying to a nursing program, all programs are offered through the College of Nursing at the CU Anschutz Medical Campus​ in Aurora.
