In Colorado, tuition is paid by your high school and credit can be considered toward high school and college graduation requirements.
The PSEO Act is legislation which permits high school juniors and seniors to enroll in post secondary institutions while still in high school. It allows the student to take up to two courses a semester at a college or university. The high school or school district must pay the tuition for these classes and the student must pay for student fees, books, and transportation
The student should consult with their high school counselor to determine the procedures and the approval required by the high school or school district. The counselor should also supply the student with the necessary application materials and the name and phone number of the contact for this program at UCD
