Returning to CU Denver? Applying for readmission to the Denver Campus is quick and easy.
Requirements for readmission
All Denver Campus students who did not enroll for a period of 12 months or more must formally reapply for admission and meet the admission standards of their intended program of study.
If you HAVE NOT attended another university
If you were an undergraduate degree seeking student and did not attend another college or university since your last enrollment at CU Denver, you may apply for readmission without sending additional transcripts or paying an application fee. To apply online without paying the application fee, mark the box "pay by check" when prompted for fee payment. The fee requirement will be removed when your application is processed.
If you HAVE attended another university
If you attended another college or university since your last enrollment at CU Denver, you must apply as an undergraduate transfer student, pay the application fee and submit an official college transcript from each institution attended after CU Denver enrollment.
If you graduated from CU Denver and are re-applying as an undergraduate
If you graduated from CU Denver and wish to reapply for a second undergraduate degree, you must apply as an undergraduate transfer student and pay the application fee. You do not need to submit University of Colorado transcripts.
If you were a nondegree student
If you were a nondegree student and wish to remain in nondegree status, you may reapply without paying an application fee.
If you were a nondegree student and wish to apply for a degree program, or if you were in a degree program at another CU campus, see Transfer Students - How to Apply for special instructions.
