Compressed Gases
General Air Services provide Medical, Industrial, and High Purity compressed gases for the Health Sciences Center. For your convenience and expedited ordering, orders can be placed on-line. Registration is required, and requires completing the attached application (an Excel worksheet). Fill in the required information and fax the completed application to General Air at (303) 595-9036. General Air will notify you by email when the information on your application has been entered, and will contain information describing how to use and navigate within their system. A separate application is required for each speed type used, along with a unique Login Password. You may use either your EZA Card or with a valid purchase order number assigned by the PeopleSoft system.
Materials Management delivers compressed gases to the department within two days of receipt at the HSC, and usually the day after receipt. Pick up of cylinders can be requested on-line, or by leaving a voice message at (303) 315-0074. Please provide complete information - building, room number, number and type of cylinders, and any location specific notes.
