Quality assurance, both initial and continued, is not only an essential part of good clinical practice; it is integral to the success of our investigators, clinical trials, and the University.
UCD strives to ensure that human subject’s research adheres to the highest standards and policy, both local and federal.
As part of our QA effort, this office will conduct regular audits of clinical trials conducted at UCD and affiliates. These audits are intended to be an informative and educational experience, providing the participants with practical guidance and tools for conducting their project. For cause audits will also be conducted out of this office.
