Below are instructions on how to complete electronic submissions for different types of submissions using the eRA(InfoEd) system. eRA(InfoEd) is our online protocol database and electronic submission system.
If you are new to COMIRB submissions, please click the "Back to Training And Submissions Portal" in the grey column to the left and select a link for the appropriate submission type for in-depth information about different submission types.
COMIRB strongly suggests using a Windows system to submit and clearing your browser cache before beginning the submission process. Click here for instructions.
We also strongly suggest that you attend our weekly Electronic 'ePaper' Submission Training Course before you attempt to submit electronically. Click here to sign up.
COMIRB will also offer Electronic Submission Hour every Tuesday and Thursday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. (holidays excluded) at the COMIRB Office for one-on-one submission support. The COMIRB Office is located in Building 500, 3rd Floor, North Wing on the Anschutz Medical Campus. Please bring a laptop computer if you have one because we have limited computers.
