The mission of the Office of Research Development and Education is to promote a dynamic and productive Research Community. Our goal is to further the growth and development of the University’s stature and recognition in research. We have four defined objectives to achieve this goal:
- Take an active role in the effort to increase funding and promote the development of a sustainable funding strategy
- Provide a variety of developmental resources and act as a conduit for communication among researchers
- Enhance collaborations through diverse research community venues and networking opportunities
- Maintain a responsive program of focused services to support proposal development
Our role in the University Research Community is to work directly with faculty and support staff as they strive to achieve excellence in research.
