The Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) of the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences offers to all School of Pharmacy students support in using your digital devices. Our services include operating system troubleshooting, virus and spyware diagnosis and cleaning, and advice on best practices in maintaining and using your computer. Please note that we can only provide support for systems that meet the minimum requirements as listed on the Computer Requirements for Students page.
In addition, the SSPPS IT Office offers limited computer hardware support for students of the School of Pharmacy on an "as time permits" basis. ITS cannot purchase parts for you, but can in some cases help with installation of parts you provide yourself. The SSPPS Office of Information Technology Services cannot provide warranty support for any electronic equipment. If it is determined that your hardware requires warranty repair, you will need to contact the vendor or manufacturer of your device to obtain warranty service.
We also provide information on obtaining some of the many free system security utilities available including antispyware utilities. These utilities are normally free for personal use and do not require the purchase of any licensing keys. Links to these software applications can be found on the Downloads section of the Quick Help.
