Technology Support for Pharmacy Students

The Office of Information Technology Services of the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences offers support to all School of Pharmacy students. Our services include operating system troubleshooting, virus and spyware diagnosis and cleaning, and advice on best practices in maintaining and using your computer. Please note that we can only provide support for systems that meet the minimum requirements as listed on the Computer Requirements for Students page.

In addition, the SSPPS IT Office offers limited computer hardware support for students of the School of Pharmacy on an 'as time permits' basis. This free service does not include the installation of any proprietary software that requires any kind of license key and does not include any costs incurred for necessary parts and supplies, but does include checking for and removal of malware and basic troubleshooting assistance. Please note that the SSPPS Office of Information Technology Services cannot provide warranty support for any electronic equipment. If it is determined that your hardware requires warranty repair, you will need to contact the manufacturer to obtain warranty service.

We also provide information on obtaining some of the many free system security utilities available including antispyware utilities. These utilities are normally free for personal use and do not require the purchase of any licensing keys. Links to these software applications can be found on the Downloads section of the Quick Help.

If you have problems accessing any of the systems at the university:

If you have forgotten your password, use the Self-Service Password Reset:
