Description: APhA is the oldest (est. 1852) and largest pharmacy association (60,000+) in the U.S. Comprised of practicing pharmacists, student pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, APhA provides information, education and advocacy to empower its members to improve medication use and advance patient care. The mission of the APhA Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP) is to be the collective voice of student pharmacists, to provide opportunities for professional growth, to improve patient care, and to envision and advance the future of pharmacy.

Membership requirements: Open to all pharmacy students, $65 annual membership fee (also includes membership into the Colorado Pharmacists Society and the International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation), membership deadline is October 15.
