In order to register for didactic courses, all NTPD students MUST first read the current registration letter, which contains semester-specific information for each registration period as well as news from the NTPD program.

All NTPD students are provided with a University UCDenver email account when first enrolled in the NTPD program. The UCDenver email system is the official means of electronic communication for the University and the NTPD program. Use of this email account is MANDATORY for all NTPD students while enrolled in the NTPD program. NTPD students should check their UCDenver email account regularly to review information provided by the NTPD office and to keep the password up-to-date, which must be changed every 90 days.

New NTPD students need to claim their UCDenver email account first before registering online for didactic courses.  Returning NTPD students need to ensure their UCDenver email account is still active in order to register online for didactic courses. Visit the email support webpage on the Health Sciences Library website page to claim and access your UCDenver email account.  For any difficulties claiming or accessing your UCDenver email account, first contact the Anschutz Medical Campus student email controller. The student email controller will respond within 24-48 business hours. If difficulties still persist, then contact Tim Tracy, the student technology representative for the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences.

All NTPD students will register for the didactic courses using the UCDenver Access portal. Students should view the tutorials provided within UCDenver Access to learn how to register for courses. For questions about how to use UCDenver Access, read through the registration instructions or click on the “Need Help?” link located on the top right-hand corner UCDenver Access home page.

Once a NTPD student registers via UCDAccess, access in eCollege for each registered course should "roll over" in 24-48 hours (not including weekends).  Students cannot view the course(s) in eCollege immediately.

The eCollege course registration is fully valid for NTPD students who register for courses on the weekend before class begins or on the first day of class. These students will not have access to until the second day of the semester since eCollege will need 24-48 hours to provide these students with access to their courses.
