Clinical Practice:

Dr. Kosirog practices in primary care at the Salud Family Health Center in Brighton, CO, a Federally Qualified Health Center. In clinic, Dr. Kosirog provides clinical pharmacy services which include: medication education; pharmacotherapy patient consultations; and management of chronic diseases through collaborative drug therapy management (CDTM) agreements. Dr. Kosirog's interest areas include diabetes, mental health, cardiovascular disease, asthma, under-served patient care, and health literacy.


Dr. Kosirog is a faculty preceptor for both first-year and fourth-year pharmacy students at the Salud Family Health Center in Brighton and the Salud Anticoagulation Clinic in Fort Lupton.
