Graduation Eligibility

Students graduate from the NTPD Program in May, August and December each year. Students in the NTPD Program will not be permitted to graduate unless they have a PharmD cumulative GPA of at least 2.0 and have satisfied all academic deficiencies.

A passing grade is required for the three required and the three elective APPE courses.

All course work in the NTPD Program, didactic and experiential, must be completed within six (6) contiguous calendar years. Any exception to this requires approval from the director of the program and the NTPD Program Committee.

Any student will not receive their diploma if there is an unpaid balance on their account or if the student has not completed a diploma application form through UCDenver Access.

All students eligible to participate in the May graduation ceremonies will receive information about how to plan for their graduation via their UC Denver e-mail account by mid-April. Students must follow the steps outlined in this communication in order to participate in the graduation ceremonies.
