At the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, pursuing excellence is an everyday exercise.
Through experiential training and critical skills development, we produce quality practitioners. Whether they become community pharmacists, hospital pharmacists, teachers, researchers or entrepreneurs, our mission is to make sure our graduates are scientifically knowledgeable, compassionate, ethical and committed to a lifetime of continued learning.
Originally established in 1911 as a department of the School of Medicine on the Boulder campus, the School of Pharmacy opened its doors with two students and one faculty member.
The Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is fully accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).
