Jeff Goody

Iora HealthDenver and Glendale

Reporting to the Clinical Team Manager, the Nurse Health Coach serves as a key member of the Iora Health team and plays a critical role in helping patients improve their health.  Health Coaches engage patients and encourage them to take an active role in their health by providing them with the tools necessary to make healthy lifestyle choices and adopt life-long healthy behaviors. Our Health Coaches help patients unlock personal motivation to make lasting changes and simultaneously serve as the patients’ primary conduit to the practice as they help coordinate necessary services both within and outside of the practice.

In addition to their active clinical involvement, Iora Health Coaches rotate through the roles of greeting patients to the practice and providing patient support wherever needed, allowing them to influence the patient experience in its entirety, from the moment patients set foot in the practice to the time they leave and well beyond. We believe understanding and fostering the continuity of the relationship helps build the strength of the collaborative culture Iora Health embraces.
