Augustana’s progressive undergraduate nursing program is recognized for the excellence of its graduates and for its experienced, creative, and engaging faculty. The Department of Nursing is in the process of developing an accelerated curriculum for prospective students with a BA/BS degree in a non-nursing area. Graduate education is also in the planning process. Opportunities exist for international study and exchange opportunities for students and faculty in Norway and Ecuador. Qualifications: Earned doctoral degree (by September 2014) and evidence of teaching at the undergraduate level. Must be eligible for South Dakota registered nurse licensure.
