At the information session, you will be able to meet with faculty and current
students, tour the campus, and ask admission and financial
aid questions.
Interested in a bachelor’s degree in nursing?
Enter the bachelor of science program through our traditional, accelerated, and
the Integrated Nursing Pathway Program through the Community College of Aurora;
or the Online RN-BS program designed for Associate Degree or Diploma nurses.
- Traditional (two year nursing program)
- Accelerated (one year nursing program: must have a prior
BA/BS degree)
- Integrated Nursing Pathway Program (complete
prerequisites at the Community College of Aurora)
- RN-BS Program (Must have an Associate Degree in Nursing or
Diploma)
Interested in a master’s degree in nursing?
With a BS in nursing, you can pursue a master’s degree
and choose from one of eleven (11) specialty options, five of which include an
interdisciplinary urban underserved (CU-UNITE) track to advance your career
in the nursing profession of your choice. Structured to provide a
foundation for career paths for future leaders in advanced nursing practice.

Which doctoral program is for
me?
So you are interested in
pursuing doctoral level nursing education, but cannot decide which program is
best for you? The College of Nursing offers two state-of-the-art doctoral
programs to choose from: the doctor of nursing practice (DNP) and the doctor of
philosophy in nursing (PhD).
- The
DNP offers advanced clinical education and focuses on the development of
tomorrow’s clinical leaders.
- The
PhD program prepares nurse scientists who will create new knowledge to guide
nursing practice.
Space
is limited please only sign up for one session. Future Information
Sessions for all other programs will be announced as soon as dates are
determined.
