Julie Williams Earnest, MSN, CPNP, has worked in nursing for 25 years. After several years working in critical care, transplant coordination, and care management, she transitioned to pediatric care where she has worked ever since. She earned her Master of Nursing degree in 2001 at the University of Colorado College of Nursing, and since that time has focused on the primary care of underserved children. Julie is an Assistant Instructor practicing at the Carin Clinic in Arvada, Colorado where she provides direct patient care and serves as a preceptor to PNP and FNP students in their pediatric primary care clinical rotations. She is a member of the Advisory Board of Bowtie Medical, which is striving to transform healthcare through empowering patients.
