Janet Beezley, MS, RN, ANP, PNP

Jan Beezley, MSN, APRN-BC is certified both as an adult and a pediatric nurse practitioner. She has practiced as an NP for over twenty years in family practice. She has had a faculty practice site at the Samaritan House Homeless Shelter in Denver for the past fourteen years. Prior to this she worked at The People's Clinic in Boulder as an APRN and at Denver health as an RN. In addition to practice, Jan does site visits for the Adult - Family Nurse Practitioner program. Jan teaches Advanced Assessment, and Professional Role. She is on the Governor's Advisory Board for Community Health and involved in CU-UNITE a new urban underserved track, a collaboration with the CON and COM. She sings in The Boulder Resonance Women's Chorus, a choir that promotes social justice through music.

  • Ms. Beezley has a faculty practice site at the Samaritan House Shelter for the homeless. The shelter serves about 300 people a night. She provides primary care, case management, and a site for NP students to do their clinical practicum.
